Spray Lake Sawmills is beginning business in the new millennium with much to celebrate! In the first six months of this year, we were given three of Alberta's most prestigious awards. And while our primary goal at SLS is not to win awards or garner recognition, we do appreciate being acknowledged for our contributions within the province of Alberta.

This award was presented to Spray Lake Sawmills by The Cochrane and District Chamber of Commerce.

The EPCOR Triple Bottom-Line Award of Distinction
This award is given to a business that demonstrates good performance against the Triple Bottom-Line, which includes financial success, environmental commitment and achievement, and community involvement.
Premier's Award of Distinction
This award is given to the organization which best embodies the Alberta Advantage, exhibits overall outstanding achievement and leadership in Alberta, and demonstrates ongoing and consistent involvement in community events and organizations locally and/or provincially.
